Breakaway Carolina is set to deliver its most expansive and electrifying edition yet on September 25–26, 2026, at the zMAX Dragway at Charlotte Motor Speedway in Concord, North Carolina. This premier electronic music festival has become a cornerstone of the Southeast's EDM scene, drawing fans from across the region to experience a dynamic blend of house, bass, drum & bass, and melodic electronic music. The 2026 lineup boasts an impressive array of artists, including headliners Tiësto, Chris Lake, and KETTAMA, alongside a special back-to-back set from Cloonee and Chris Lorenzo. Attendees can also look forward to performances by San Holo, TroyBoi, What So Not, Cassian, and Daily Bread, among others. In response to growing demand and to enhance the festival experience, Breakaway Carolina is expanding from two to five stages, marking a significant evolution since its inception in 2017. The main stage will undergo a substantial transformation, increasing in size from 80 to 200 feet, providing a more immersive visual and auditory experience. Beyond the music, the festival is committed to creating a comprehensive entertainment environment, featuring a variety of food vendors, interactive attractions, and photo opportunities, ensuring that attendees have a memorable and engaging weekend.
