Same Same But Different (SSBD) is an intimate, fan-owned music festival held annually at Lake Perris State Recreation Area in Perris, California. Scheduled for September 25–27, 2026, the festival features a diverse lineup spanning electronic, funk, and jam band genres. Headliners include LSDREAM, Of The Trees, and Tape B, with special guest Gramatik. Supporting acts encompass Andy Frasco & The U.N., Kasablanca, Ship Wrek, Chef Boyarbeatz, Effin, Koastle, Peace Control, and Steller, among others. Beyond the music, SSBD offers over 75 wellness workshops, including LSDREAM’s Lightcode, a community 5K run, and more than 40 interactive art installations. The festival also features all-ages activities in The Family Garden Kid Zone, The Creation Station Arts N Crafts Zone, and Open Stage Jams. Enhanced VIP wellness experiences are available, providing saunas, cold plunges, and recovery amenities. A unique aspect of SSBD is its fan ownership model. In 2025, the festival raised over $700,000 directly from attendees, allowing fans to become equity stakeholders. With attendance capped at 7,500, SSBD maintains an intimate atmosphere, emphasizing community, creativity, and shared ownership.
